Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and identify new sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments to inform sales initiatives
  • Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to the leadership team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the aesthetic or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and use insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Uniform provided
