About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Tele-Appointer to join our team on a contract basis. The role involves engaging existing clients over the phone for policy review and scheduling appointments for our representatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and working towards targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to existing clients

● Schedule annual policy review appointments for our representatives based on client

● Maintain accurate call and appointment records

● Liaising with both clients and representative for the schedule appointment

● Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets

Requirements

● Prior telemarketing, telesales, or call centre experience preferred (not mandatory)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection

● Organized and attentive to detail

● Able to commit for the duration of the contract

What We Offer
