We are seeking a customer-focused Optical Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service in our eyewear boutique. You will assist customers in finding perfect vision solutions while maintaining an inviting, well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service by assisting walk-in customers with eyewear selection and basic vision testing support
  • Maintain attractive product displays through regular merchandising, shelf restocking, and store cleanliness
  • Process customer transactions accurately at the cashier counter
  • Promote special offers and participate in marketing campaigns
  • Update and maintain customer records while providing basic after-sales follow-up
  • Handle various operational tasks as needed to support store functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience (optical/eyewear retail preferred)
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player with willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
  • Basic computer literacy for record keeping
