Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must hav Certificate of Employment In termediaries (CEI) with Migrant Domestic Workers (MDW = domestic helper)
  • GCE 'O' level results or equivalent
  • 2 years work experience in Employment Agency
  • Good in Google Work Space

Jobs Scope

  • Communicate with clients for their hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Research on client's and candidate's profiles and references
  • Identify prospective candidates using different channels
  • Create candidate biodata for each open position
  • Follow-up references and check credits
  • Present to client on shortlisted candidates
  • Create detailed candidate profile summaries
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Post placement follow up and recorded report
  • Brave in making constructive suggestions to better the business
  • Excellent in usage of Google Work Space
  • Good knowledge of social marketing would be helpful
