A banking client is looking for a VP, Collections Analytics & Strategy to join their team.

As the strategic lead, this is an individual contributor role reporting into the Global Head. A newly created role within the Collections Strategy team to lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving productivity and driving sustainable business impact. In this role, you will delivery strong analytical reports to impact efficiencies, productivity management and to drive business decision making. There is a strong team who will be able to support you in report/data churning and from a programme management perspective.

The ideal candidate should come with strong management consulting/collections strategy background from a Financial Institution. A minimum of 10-12 years' relevant, preferably with APAC or global coverage. Strong leadership skills, communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite to perform for the role.
