  • Support for event planning and execution, including staff meetings and corporate events

  • Interdepartmental support

  • Minute-taking and diary management
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized office
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as requested by management
  • Support management with various ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Supervise and monitor daily tasks, reporting on progress and completion
  • 6 days work week
