Job Description

  • Position Title: RF Engineer / Radio Frequency Engineer
  • Working Location: Jurong West
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri, 9AM – 6PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop microwave sensors and RF components for biomedical applications
  • Utilize electromagnetic simulation software to model and optimize antenna designs and microwave components
  • Conduct experimental testing and validation to verify design specifications and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into biomedical device systems
  • Analyze measurement data and provide technical recommendations for design improvements
  • Document design processes, test procedures, and results for regulatory compliance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in RF/microwave engineering and biomedical applications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on RF/Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetics, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience designing antennas, microwave components, and RF circuits
  • Proven experience in experimental testing, measurement techniques, and design verification using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), S-parameter characterization, spectrum analyzers, waveguide and/or anechoic chamber measurements
  • Demonstrated proficiency with commercial electromagnetic simulation software such as ANSYS HFSS, COMSOL Multiphysics, CST Studio Suite
  • Experience with biomedical device development or medical technology applications is an added advantage
