HSSE Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyse HSSE statistics for monthly progress reports, KPI status updates and trending of other leading or lagging indicators.
- Involve in Corporate HSSE audits and inspections to identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate safety trainings and monitor compliance as per requirements.
- Develop, support and maintains the department's digital platforms such as HSSE Sharepoint page, IQM, PowerBI and Microsoft programs.
- Review and consolidate report inputs and develop corporate HSSE presentations.
- Support development and maintenance of corporate HSSE documents and procedures. Act as the focal point for Singapore and global HSSE procedures, ISO and IOGP standards.
- Monitor and report status of KPIs and propose improvement measures.
- Key in data in IQM and CAPAs.
- Manage requests from employees. Issue and return of PPE. Allocate and control stocks.
- Organize meetings and booking of rooms.
- Minutes taking.
- Update department headcount list.
- Raise purchase requisitions in SAP.
- Manage stationery supplies.
- Arrange business trip, flight booking and accommodation
- Maintain budget reports.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Data analytics certification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
