Butcher | 8AM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products, maintaining cleanliness, tracking inventory, and performing other ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meat Cutting & Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Packing & Labelling: Package orders using vacuum-sealing equipment and label products accurately for distribution.
• Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
• Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes to monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other tasks as required by the production or sales team, including special orders or event preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a butcher or in a meat processing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
• Team player with flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks.

Location: Boon lay

Working hours: 8am - 5pm

Working days: 5.5 work week
