About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer with 8–10 years of experience to lead the design and development of robust, scalable Appian and web-based applications. This role requires hands-on expertise in business process automation, systems integration, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Appian best practices and experience leading distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using Appian BPM and web technologies.

· Build and maintain critical Appian-based systems and Java-based integration components.

· Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.

· Provide mentorship and technical guidance to mid-level developers.

· Design and integrate applications with REST and SOAP-based Web Services.

· Participate in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting Appian Interfaces and Process Models.

· Estimate and scope Appian projects effectively and participate in planning sessions.

· Ensure successful integration with third-party COTS products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Certifications (Preferred):

1. Appian Analyst Certified

2. Appian Designer Level Certified

● Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Appian Sites, SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Rules, and Records.

○ Experience in Java for building integration components.

○ Integration experience with external systems via REST, SOAP, Web Services, etc.

○ Proficient in SQL and data modelling for process-oriented applications.

○ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

○ Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.

○ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
