Roles & Responsibilities

As a Telemarketer, you will play a vital role in expanding New Era Advisory's reach by connecting with potential clients and generating leads. Your persuasive communication skills and ability to build rapport will directly support our mission of transforming sales and communication approaches for professionals across industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and follow-up communications.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate New Era Advisory's mission and offerings effectively to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our training programs.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients, including contact details, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or consultations between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure ongoing interest in our programs.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect insights and feedback from prospective clients to refine outreach strategies and improve our offerings.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software.
  • A positive and results-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
