Job Description:

  • Provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the learning and development function of the Nursing Department
  • Coordinate and manage a comprehensive range of education programs for the department
  • Assist in coordinating special project for Nursing Education and participate in meeting with the departments
  • Liaise with vendors, internal staff, and relevant authorities to manage external sponsorships, agreements, and training initiatives
  • Oversee financial and administrative aspects. This includes processing staff payments and student allowance payments, prepare annual budget reports, and tracking of external funding
  • Work with internal and external parties to drive nursing training initiative to ensure the training needs are met
  • Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Arts and Social Sciences, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years working experience
