Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Aesthetic Consultant/Therapist (Doctor Owned and Managed Clinic at Marina Square)

Benefits:

  • Salary: $3,500 - $8,000 including uncapped commission
  • Annual wage supplement (13th month bonus)

  • Training and upskilling provided for new treatments
  • Staff discount on aesthetic treatment

Working Hours:

  • 5.5-day work week (including Saturdays)
  • 11AM – 8 PM on weekdays
  • 11AM – 4 PM on Saturdays
  • ⁠Sunday and public holidays off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures
  • Prepare patients for treatments (e.g., cleansing, numbing cream application)
  • Educate patients on doctor-prescribed treatment plans and recommend suitable options based on patient needs.
  • Provide aftercare support and follow-up to ensure high patient satisfaction and retention
  • Handle front-desk duties: enquiries, registration, billing, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and operational clinic environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education ('N' or 'O' levels); additional certifications in aesthetics or related fields are advantageous.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetic sales consultant in a medical aesthetic clinic.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)
  • Proven track record in consultative selling
  • Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented with a warm and trustworthy demeanor
  • Able to explain aesthetic treatments clearly and professionally, with sensitivity to patient concerns
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well in a fast-paced clinic environment.
