Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • As a technical expert: management of WDX and in house application environments, techniques and infrastructure, tools around the technical support of applications in production
  • Automation, creating dashboard and perform tasks related to the production environments of all areas relating to application management, monitoring and 3rd level support.
  • Plan releases and release or format changes
  • Provide level 3 support for production applications utilizing skillset in WDX
  • Diagnose and resolve malfunctions

Requirements:

  • At least 6 - 8 years working experience in the areas of:
  • WDX applications
  • Performs technical studies for the management of applications and for the realization of projects according to the norms and standards in force and respecting the established schedules.
  • Experienced in good integration practices
  • Proven expertise in banking domain
