Roles & Responsibilities

SUBJECT TEACHER

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Education from a university or a registered Teacher qualification such as NIE Diploma or Post-Grad Diploma in Education, QTS or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in teaching
  • Passionate about education, nurturing and caring for students
  • Demonstrates exceptional work ethics and maintains high integrity
  • Displays a positive attitude when encountering challenges
  • Ability to be agile and work with ambiguity
  • Embrace growth mindset

JOB DETAILS:

· Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs

· Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources

· Provide a positive learning environment

· Ensure student's well-being and safety

· Engage parents for feedback on students' progress and gaps

· Monitor and document students' learning progress and gaps

· Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher

· ECA/CCA and student support

· Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management such as committees, projects, roadshows, fundraising etc.
