FACADE DESIGNER

Job Description & Requirements
We are a SG local facade company, we design,supply and installation construction aluminium, metal and glass related items.
Job Description & Requirements

Ø Review & understand project scope of work & technical specification.

Ø Development of shop drawing as per the design intent, project specification and material availability and production limitation.

Ø Prepare Aluminum door, window, Gate, Grill, Louvers, Canopy and Aluminum Kitchen cabinet shop drawing.

Ø Prepare fabrication drawings & bill of material and issue for procurement & production.

Ø Coordination with project team, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors on the fabrication & installation process.

Ø Attending regular technical meetings and site meetings weekly once or monthly twice.

Ø Coordinate with Architect, Main contractor, Consultants and seek approval of shop drawings.

Ø Coordinate with structural engineer on the structural calculation & PE endorsement.

Ø Provide value-engineering proposals to the project team.

Ø Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Ø Maintaining proper correspondence records to meet the company standards and ISO requirements.

Ø Reviewing the scope of work and project specifications.

Ø Producing accurate shop drawings based on the design intent and engineering requirements.

Ø Complete the task within the allocated timeline & in line with the project schedule.

Ø Report work accomplishments to the HOD on daily/weekly basis.
