Administrative Functions
- Assist the Head of Site in preparing for reports for council meetings and general meetings of the Management Corporation.
- Attend to inquiries and complaints.
- Upkeep documents and files in his or her care.
Financial Functions
- Requisition of quotations for repair and maintenance.
- Put up recommendation for repair and maintenance works for approval.
- Issue work order and purchase order for repair and maintenance work upon receiving approval.
- Furnish purchase orders and evidence of work completion for payment of works.
Maintenance Functions
- Assists the Head of Site to execute work plan for all approved works.
- Assist the Head of Site in monitoring of service providers' performance and inform Head of Site of any short performance from service providers – service providers' attendance, compliance to service schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and execute repair and maintenance to upkeep the property in a good state and operational condition.
JOB PREREQUISTE
- Diploma in Estate Management / Real Estate / Building / Project Management / Facilities Management / Mass Communication / Hospitality with minimum 5 years' (executive) / 3 years' (officer) relevant experience in managing similar size residential developments; or
- Any other equivalent and relevant qualifications and experience; and
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
