Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and refine workflows for digital products and internal processes.

    Design multilingual content and translation workflows for cross-border digital banking platforms.

    Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
  • Write and manage user stories, perform UAT, and ensure smooth product rollouts.

    Lead initiatives such as online account onboarding (e-KYC) and internal tracking tool development.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure our digital channels meet regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, PSD2, and AML/KYC, while maintaining a user-friendly experience.
  • Build dashboards (Power BI, SQL, Excel) to visualize workflow performance and KPIs.

    Derive insights from customer data, feedback, and reviews to optimize processes.

    Support data-driven decision-making for product and design teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and hackathons to improve workflows.
  • Partner with UX writers, developers, and business stakeholders to align content, design, and processes.
  • Create onboarding guides, internal newsletters, and process documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or similar related education background.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience into IT & workflow designing & development.
  • Background in UX writing, product ownership, and data analysis.
  • Strong skills in Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Python, R, HTML/CSS/JS, Power BI, Python, and Excel.
  • Prior experience in Private banking preferred with familiarity with banking and financial services regulations, such as GDPR, PSD2, and AML/KYC.
  • Experience in API integration required.
  • Prior experience as a Data analyst with experience in defining requirements and creating multiple dashboards using PowerBI.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and translate complex requirements into streamlined workflows.
  • Rare combination of creative UX writing and technical workflow optimization.
  • Experience designing multi-regional workflows (Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia).
    • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
    • Certification in UX design, such as CUA or CXA.
