Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • To lead, manage and coordinate the project on its daily execution
  • To check review project specifications and technical clarifications
  • To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
  • To carry out project planning, design, project supervision and documentation
  • Ensure updated drawings and shop drawings are used for construction
  • To supervise and arrange inspection for construction works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters
  • To ensure smooth progress of works and timely completion adhering to the master and detailed work programmes.
  • To ensure compliance to all regulations, procedures and safe work practices at site for better quality of work
  • Prepare project related reports as required by the Project Manager or Construction Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree /Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board and BCA.
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in building construction
  • Knowledge on usage of Autocad & BIM
  • Knowledge on structural steelworks would be an advantage
  • Familiar in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Willingness to work with tasks assigned
  • Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
