Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will scope, manage, analyse and deliver research data in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture which include but not limited to:

  • Conduct research, developing consulting methodology, drafting questionnaires, analysing data, interpreting, and reporting the results
  • Provide effective support to the Consulting department (Managers and Senior Consultants), delivering quality research in projects that meets best practice in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to integrate insight and ensure timely and accurate delivery of research results
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including analysis, reports, user documentation and filing
  • Monitor and update department Performance Dashboard
  • Assist in proposal preparation based on preliminary data gained from client interaction and/or Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitation to Quote (ITQ) or other tender documents
  • Develop and enhance ways of improving quality of research work within the team to augment competitiveness
  • Keep abreast with standards and developments within the various consulting solutions areas to stay informed and ahead of the competition
  • Perform any other duties as required by Management

Qualification and Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related specialisation
  • Have at least 2 years in a business/project analyst/consultant role is an advantage
