Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities


• Collaborates with IT and business teams to design, build and run Power Platform solutions that optimize and automate business processes, and enhance overall client experience.


• Troubleshooting, configuration, and support of Power Platform related issues


• Applying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints.

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering with More than 7 years of IT Experience with minimum 3 years in Power Platform related services


• Professional education or equivalent certification (e.g., Power Platform functional consultant/developer PL-200/PL-400, Power BI data analyst PL-300)


• ITIL certified


• Good knowledge in Power Platform admin and governance, Application lifecycle management (ALM) with Power Platform, Power Platform CLI, PowerShell and Dataverse Web API, Integration with REST API, Custom Connector, Virtual Agent/Portal, Power Apps/Automate/BI/Dataverse, Power Platform integration with M365 workload (eg. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
