Duties & Responsibilities
· Greet all guests on arrival
· Assist with guest check in and check out
· Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information about spa services, products and promotions to guests, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate
· Manage point-of-sale system
· Process payments for services, handling cash, credit card transactions and issuing receipts
· Coordinating with staff to ensure seamless client flow, minimizing wait times
· Manage incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, pricing and availability
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and etc
Requirements
· Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale system, booking software and data entry
· Flexibility to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
· Passion to the beauty and wellness industry, with knowledge of various treatments, products and services preferred
