Roles & Responsibilities

Remuneration: Basic up to $10,000 (AWS + VB)

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm (adaptable to different time zones)

Location: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of global mobility–related contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Scopes of Work (SOWs), Data Transfer Agreements (IGTAs), and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts align with corporate policies, legal requirements, and international data privacy regulations, coordinating with legal, procurement, and HR teams across regions.
  • Support transformation initiatives by onboarding group companies to the APro platform, managing contractual enablement, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint resources, including end-user manuals, training guides, and project records, to support smooth system rollouts.
  • Serve as a liaison between external vendors and internal stakeholders, monitoring service performance, contractual deliverables, and facilitating reviews and improvements.
  • Develop and deliver reports on contract status, compliance, and cost forecasts, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, frameworks, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a global organization within global mobility, HR operations, or complex contract management.
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation and management .
  • Strong global mobility experience and knowledge, with an understanding of international assignment management, vendor coordination, and cross-border compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work across cultures, time zones, and matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear documentation for various audiences, including executives, legal teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in administering Intra-Group Transfer Agreements (IGTA).
  • Proficiency in using softwares such as Assignment Pro for mobility and contract-related workflows.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related discipline.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese language is required to communicate with overseas stakeholders.
