Roles & Responsibilities

The Dishwasher plays an essential role in the kitchen's smooth operation by ensuring all dishware, utensils, and cooking equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for continual use—supporting both "back of house" and "front of house" efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash, and properly store dishes, utensils—either manually or using industrial dishwashers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and wiping workstations.
  • Set up and operate dishwashing machines, monitor functionality, and report issues to supervisors.
  • Assist with light kitchen prep tasks such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients when needed.
  • Monitor levels of cleaning supplies (e.g., detergents) and inform management when restocking is necessary.
  • Follow and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Working Hour

9 hours with 6 days work week.
