Roles & Responsibilities

School Coordinator
(Sales & Customer Service | Music School)

Location: Choose 1: Jurong East, Clementi, or Boon Lay

Salary: S$ 2,200 - 2,600

Work Days: 5 days/ week (Rotating shifts)

Shift Hours:

  • Weekdays: 11:45 AM - 9:15 PM
  • Weekends: 8:45 AM - 6:15/7:15 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve enrolment targets.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Promote music products and courses at events/roadshows.
  • Conduct trial lessons and assist with school events/concerts.
  • Manage school operations and stock inventory.
  • Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a coordinator, receptionist, or in customer service/retail.
