Roles & Responsibilities

· Should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in application support activities.

· ITIL certification.

· Good understanding of Capital Markets Domain and market activities.

· Sound Knowledge on Regulatory Reporting (MAS, HKMA, EMIR, JFSA, CFTC, MIFID)

· Exposure to the Capital Markets with proficiency in financial instruments (Bonds, Rates, Equity, etc..), trading lifecycle and market data.

· Relevant experience with working with external source like Bloomberg, Reuters.

· Good Understanding of ITIL Concepts.

· Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL.

· Basic Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker and any cloud platform.

· Basic Understanding on NO-SQL DB.

· High level of proficiency in Unix / Linux, PowerShell scripting and python

· Should be able to do

o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction

o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management

o Risk analysis and project execution

· Appetite for continuous improvement and automation.

· Strong knowledge in XML, PL/SQL, MQ, CFT and Control-M, Kafka.

· Knowledge of monitoring and Observality solutions (E.g. ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search, Grafana)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
