Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our new business unit. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal growth through building a career in the finance industry. We are seeking multiple associates for an investment consultant position. The programme is designed to equip candidates to explore opportunities in the financial industry, specialising in investment.

Candidates will undergo a comprehensive skills training programme, where they will receive job-specific training and gain a fundamental understanding of the investment product industry. As part of their career development, they will also be placed on training programmes focused in helping them succeed in this career and towards the managerial path.

Continuous on-the-job training is in place to support you You will be working with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth.

Comprehensive and professional training will be provided (24 months)

Responsibilities:

- Acquire clients through guaranteed in-house generative leads and guided leads.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports tailored for high-net-worth clients.

- Develop and propose customized solutions to meet clients' financial and investment needs.

- Present clients' overall financial portfolios to support long term financial goals planning

- Maintain and review financial portfolios to foster long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

- Qualifications: Applicants must have completed an "A" Level, a Local diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

- Skills and Attributes: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues.

- Genuine enthusiasm and interest in investment and financial concepts.

- Experience: - Previous experience in banking or the financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory
