Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Healthcare/ Medical (Orthopaedic)
  • Position Title: Staff Nurse (Orthopaedic)
  • Working Location: Mount E Orchard
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $4,500 + Bonus + OT
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the orthopaedic department.
  • Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patients' conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
  • Assist with orthopaedic procedures and surgeries, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
