Roles & Responsibilities

about the company

Our client is a growing regional corporate bank with a strong presence in the Asian market and has an exciting role in the Loan Syndication team.

about the job

  • Collaborating with Corporate RMs to originate syndication deals
  • Support in pitching for MLAB for syndication deals for corporate and FI portfolios in regional markets, presenting and preparing pitchbooks and materials for origination
  • Preparing credit applications, assessing financials and support in negotiating terms and structuring the deals accordingly
  • Maintain documentation and follow through on the deal process
  • Partner with the distribution team throughout the syndication process
  • Networking with other banks and clients to tap on opportunities to increase deal volumes
  • Conducting research and analysis on the industry and market to identify business opportunities

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll be part of a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture

skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business and Finance related disciplines
  • Has 3-8 years of experience in corporate banking & syndication/ hunter RM who has dealt with loan syndication
  • Good credit analysis skills
