Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

· Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.

· Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.

· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dishwashing area.

· Sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment properly.

· Remove trash, clean floors, and maintain overall kitchen sanitation.

· Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks when required.

· Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

· No formal education requirement: basic literacy preferred.

· Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.

· Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.

· Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist.

· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
