Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Videographer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit various types of video content, including promotional videos, product shoots, interviews, behind-the-scenes, social media content, etc.
  • Operate and maintain video, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to understand project goals and deliver video content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using professional editing software.
  • Add graphics, subtitles, music, and other effects as needed.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, XHS).
  • Stay updated with video trends, formats, and editing techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects).
  • Skilled in handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording.
  • Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of social media video formats and best practices.
  • Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-location when required.

Nice to Have:

  • Photography skills.
  • Experience with drone videography.
  • Animation or motion graphics background.
