Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.

*Responsibilities*


• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.


• Utilize effective communication techniques to engage customers and promote offerings.


• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.


• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and business development opportunities.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining high-quality standards in communication.


• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively convey information to customers.

*Qualifications*


• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.


• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and telemarketing best practices.


• Experience in business development or customer service is a plus.


• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.


• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.


• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Candidate must be based in Singapore.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
