The Marketplace Intelligence and Data team builds sustainable data and intelligence products to support Shopee's business development, including data warehouse construction, product algorithms, marketing algorithms, and basic AI capabilities.
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Product Manager, you will oversee technical project delivery from planning to launch, analyze customer feedback, and coordinate with stakeholders. You will be the owner of various technical projects, acting as a bridge between internal and external teams.
- Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to iteration.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on data products and solutions, including data tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Initiative, ability to navigate ambiguity, and independent task management.
- Basic knowledge of app/web development, product design principles, and UI/UX.
- Basic understanding of database design and data modeling.
