We invite you to be part of the award winning F&B team as you take on the following responsibilities:
- To supervise and participate in the preparation of Garde manger Cuisine for buffet/ banquet/ room service; ensuring freshness, quality and consistency in all food production
- Ensure that the Garde manger Cuisine Counter in the buffet line is promptly replenished and has a marketable image at all times
- Implement and develop new menu items for the Garde manger kitchen
- Responsible in controlling and monitoring of food product purchases according to the allocated sum with minimum food wastages.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the working environment and operating equipment.
- Supervise and manage the section's learning and development which includes rostering, performance review and training needs.
