About Us:

Their housekeeping team plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring every guest has an exceptional stay. They are looking for motivated and dedicated Housekeeping Attendants to join their team.

Job Description:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are kept clean, organized, and in excellent condition. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service will directly contribute to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Replenish guestroom amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
  • Ensure public areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms, are well-maintained and tidy.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Work effectively and efficiently with the team to meet room cleaning goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods. Must be able to bend, lift, and carry up to 10kg.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment.
