The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to be part of a public agency driving national development through learning and innovation
  • Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm
  • Nearest MRT: Buona Vista
  • 10 months contract
  • Salary: Up to $2650

The Talent

  • Diploma or GCE 'A' Level in HR, Business, Training, or related fields
  • 2–3 years' experience in admin or training support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); Advanced function is a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work independently

Job Description

  • Design and deliver learning programmes across virtual, blended, and classroom formats
  • Collaborate with trainers and agencies to shape content and customise interventions
  • Manage end-to-end programme operations, including logistics, finance, and procurement
  • Ensure service standards and accurate records, supporting smooth programme delivery
  • Lead project coordination, engaging stakeholders and tracking timelines and budgets
