Roles & Responsibilities

The P&C Intern will work closely with the P&C leaders to support strategic HR initiatives and enhance employee experience.

This role plays a critical part in driving people-related strategies, supporting change management, and contributing to a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about building a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Support: Collaborate with the P&C leaders on the execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives.

    Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of HR projects and programs.

  2. Employee Experience: Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting a positive employee experience and supporting employee well-being initiatives.

    Assist in employee engagement activities and support action plans based on employee feedback and pulse surveys.

  3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.

    Contribute to the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless entry into the organization.

  4. Data-Driven Insights: Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisions and track progress on HR initiatives.

    Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and support leadership decision-making.

  5. Learning & Development: Support learning and development initiatives by assisting in the coordination of training programs and employee development opportunities.

    Contribute to efforts aimed at promoting a continuous learning culture within the organization.

  6. Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and guidelines are effectively communicated and understood by employees.

    Support the HRBP in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR best practices, employee engagement, and change management principles.
