Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for project planning to ensure smooth execution and completion of works

· Site supervision of works

· Coordination of civil structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical, , external works, including temporary works with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors & Vendors

· Review all design, construction and shop drawings

· Prepare minutes of meeting, submit RFIs, material & shop drawing submissions, Progress Report, Work Schedules, daily reports, etc

· Ensure works are carried out safely on site

· Prepare and check works according to Company's 3-in-1 management system procedures

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

· With Construction Safety Course for Project Managers

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic AutoCAD
