Roles & Responsibilities

Clinic Assistant( experienced ) Full time @ TrueCare clinic, 4 location->

1) TrueCare clinic @ @Eastpoint Mall, Simei MRT (2 positions),

2) Truecare Clinic @ Eunos MRT ( New clinic ) - 1 Position

3) TrueCare clinic @ Serangoon Rd ( Farrer Park branch ) 1 position.

4) Truecare clinic@ Rivervale Mall (New Clinic ) -1 position

Salary – $2000 to $3500

-> Work experience as a clinic assistant will be preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing, dispensing medication, etc.

• Administrative duties such as insurance claims, stock-taking, etc

• Assist the Doctor during consultations if required.

• Any other duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Singaporean/PR with experience

• Enrolled nurses may be considered.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and multilingual skills will be preferred

• Good customer-service mindset.
