A-IT Software Services has been established in development outsourcing in Financial Services IT for more than 20 years. We are looking to expand our operations and grow our client base organically. We are seeking a General Manager to work with senior management to develop and execute a growth strategy, leveraging both our existing team of recruiters and admin staff as well as new hiring.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior management to develop growth strategies, targeting both Financial Services IT and new sectors.
- Carry out business development with existing and new clients.
- Hire and manage new recruitment staff/team, as well as existing recruiter team, in line with strategy.
- Assume P&L responsibility for the hired team.
- Manage and optimize administrative processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience in Business Development/Sales in staffing/outsourcing sector.
- Experience leading teams in the staffing/outsourcing sector.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter able to work independently.
- Good market intelligence and knowledge of IT & Financial Services industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Salary up to $150,000 p.a. + profit sharing (to be discussed).
