Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide individualised Occupational Therapy intervention for paediatric clients with a wide range of developmental challenges
  • Conduct individual and/or group Occupational Therapy
  • Work closely with the Early Intervention team to develop and support them in providing appropriate intervention programs for the clients
  • Provide consultation and communication to support stakeholders (e.g., family and staff) in management of clients' occupational therapy issues
  • Maintain up-to-date records of assessment/intervention with clients, and consultation with families/staff/other stakeholders
  • Maintain timely and appropriate feedback and necessary communication with the clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in staff meetings, internal professional development, events organised by TLC, networking meetings, and any other meetings as and when necessary
  • Maintain queue list in clinic system and good communication with clinic manager in terms of caseload
  • Be proactive in keeping abreast of developments in the field of Pediatric Occupational Therapy
