Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bunker Clerk to support our bunker tanker operations in Singapore. This role is critical in managing accurate documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance during bunkering activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage bunker delivery documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with the vessel's crew and cargo officers to verify bunker quantities and delivery processes.
  • Liaise with customers and port authorities, acting as a point of contact for operational and documentation matters.
  • Assist in compliance with Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Support overall operational efficiency and uphold the company's commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in maritime operations or clerical support for bunker tankers is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MPA regulations and bunkering documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
