HR Shared Services Analyst

Overview:
In this role, you will manage HR and employee enquiries, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure efficient HR operations. You'll contribute to projects involving systems like Workday and ServiceNow, help drive process improvements, and propose innovative solutions. As your HR expertise grows, you'll take on more complex tasks and play a key role in enhancing HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Support & Case Management: Respond to employee and HR enquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions. Act as an escalation point for complex issues and track cases effectively.
- Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires and contingent workers, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant process.
- HR Data & Systems: Maintain accuracy of HR data in systems like Workday, generate reports, and support knowledge management initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance: Stay current with HR policies and employment laws, ensuring operational practices meet internal and external compliance standards.
- Process & Communications: Contribute to SOPs and process documentation, assist in HR communications, and support cross-functional process improvement projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR subject matter experts to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across projects and initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR operations, shared services, or onboarding.
- Proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
