
Project Coordinator

Working location: Orchard
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all parties are aligned on expectations
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and manage calendars to ensure projects progress smoothly
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting notes
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones and ensure that timelines and deliverables are met as per the project plan
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in managing the project budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with client specifications
- Project Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, providing updates on project status, challenges, and next steps
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
