Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Oversee administration and maintenance of SharePoint environments (on-premises and SharePoint Online).
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SharePoint and M365 services.
  • Configure new sites, manage access controls, and maintain governance and compliance standards.
  • Develop and customize SharePoint applications, workflows, and site features using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and other relevant tools.
  • Plan and execute SharePoint migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
  • Conduct regular health checks, apply patches and updates, and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide training, user guides, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and development, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive).
  • Proficiency in configuring SharePoint Online sites, site collections, libraries, metadata, and permissions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflows and custom forms.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Graph API).
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of application development using modern frameworks (e.g., SPFx, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript) is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with migration tools (e.g., ShareGate) is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Attributes
  • Exposure to Azure services, Active Directory, and integration with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale SharePoint branding and customization.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow development and administration is a plus.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-102, PL-100, SC-300) are an advantage.
