Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and update records to ensure accurate documentation of supplies, tools, and machine parts.
  • Receive product deliveries, inspect for any damage, and confirm the accuracy and quality of the goods before properly storing them.
  • Establish and maintain systems to track inventory movements, organize storage areas, and ensure proper handling and storage of products.
  • Conduct routine checks to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to understand their needs and ensure the timely availability of supplies for machine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possess valid Forklift License will be advantageous.
  • Good communication and organization skill.
