Roles & Responsibilities

A bridal boutique with unique concept, premimum service and quality is looking for customer-oriented, motivated and proactive individuals with experience in retail environment especially in a similar business. The ability to speak and write in Burmese language will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful, and professional assistance to brides and bridal parties during their shopping experience. Offer styling advice and help customers find the perfect bridal gown or accessory.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist with managing client appointments, ensuring all bridal consultations, fittings, and follow-up visits are scheduled effectively.
  • Bridal Gown Fittings: Support brides during fittings by helping them into gowns, adjusting the fitting rooms, and taking notes on desired alterations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring all gowns, accessories, and displays are properly organized and clean. Coordinating with suppliers and partners on the various matters such as shipments and payments, and receiving of merchandise.
  • Sales Support: Help with sales transactions, process payments, and ensure customers have all necessary paperwork and receipts.
  • Boutique Presentation: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with setting up displays, arranging merchandise, and maintaining a polished look for the boutique.
  • Administrative Tasks: Help with basic administrative duties such as filing, answering the phone, responding to emails , whatsapp and processing orders.
