Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· - Lead a cross-functional squad of developers, ensuring high-quality delivery of frontend and backend features.

· - Design and implement scalable web applications using React, Redux, Node.js, and JavaScript.

· - Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.

· - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.

· - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.

· - Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability through monitoring and optimization.

· - Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

Requirements

· - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· - Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in full-stack development.

· - Strong proficiency in React, Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

· - Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL for backend development.

· - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

· - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

· - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
