Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and payment collection
  • Communicate effectively with patients
  • Support doctors during consultations and minor procedures
  • Handle administrative tasks, filing, and medical records
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and ensure infection-control standards
  • Assist in handling medical instruments and procedures (must be comfortable with blood)

Salary:

  • Up to $2500 + VB

Working Hours

  • Monday & Wednesday: 9:00am – 1:45pm, 2:30pm – 5:00pm, 6:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 2:30pm – 5:00pm, 6:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Location:

  • Jurong West

Requirements:

  • Comfortable being around blood and simple medical procedures (training will be provided)
  • Responsible, punctual, and dependable – someone the team can count on
  • Friendly with good communication and interpersonal skills to make patients feel at ease
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic setting
  • Basic computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or clinic systems is a plus)
  • Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required
