Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a SCM Perm Executive:

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and conduct inventory/forecast meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and prepare accurate forecast submissions.
  • Maintain and update procurement and forecasting systems.
  • Set limits and approve forecasts to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor slow-moving inventory and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop processes to track short-term and long-term inventory levels.
  • Monitor and track Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities across multiple locations.
  • Maintain visibility of customer demand, anticipated production, and material transit.
  • Process procurement data weekly and maximize drop shipments as per business guidelines.
  • Generate and process purchase orders as required.
  • Maintain accurate product pricing in ERP systems, manage price revisions, and coordinate approvals.
  • Execute SAP transactions and manage weekly shipping schedules and delivery coordination.
  • Allocate stock based on forecasts, additional requests, and excess inventory.
  • Conduct weekly stock allocation for shipment to various sales channels.
  • Address and respond promptly to sales inquiries and additional stock requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), TM1, and Power BI.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,600 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
  • Working Location: Labrador Park
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
